Aggregated signals associated with apparent file-sharing activity relating to suspected child abuse material (CAM). Signals are displayed for child-safety awareness and do not identify individuals, confirm the nature of any material, or establish that an offence has occurred.

Each light is a transmission reported by the Police2Peer project: a file transfer sent from a police-operated computer on peer-to-peer networks to a device downloading apparent child abuse material, placed at the nearest major city.
It is not a person, a household, an address or a confirmed offence, and it does not identify anyone. "Apparent" means the material was identified from file names, not from inspected content.
The location comes from IP geolocation, which is approximate and can be wrong by hundreds of kilometres, and VPN, proxy or data-centre traffic can appear in the wrong place entirely. Identifiers are anonymised by Police2Peer and GuardianEye receives no IP address. Map locations are provided for awareness. A marker must not be read as identifying a particular person, household, property or offender.
The files involved contain only preventive messages placed by international police—no illegal content. The purpose is to prevent crime, safeguard children and offer help to those who need it.
If you come across suspected child abuse material, or believe a child is at risk, do not download, save or share it. Report it.
Do not try to identify, contact or approach anyone. GuardianEye is not a reporting channel and is not a substitute for the authorities.
This is for awareness purposes only.
